If the reporter couldn't figure out its real name, how could one expect them to know its correct age? IMO, despite the previous landlord's poor management of the structure, it was still vastly superior to the building being a) unoccupied (as it is now) or b) developed by barnes into yet another 'upscale residence' beyond the price range of most ypsilantians.
