It seems to have been taken from the top of some building or other. When I have a minute I want to wander around down there with a camera and try to pinpoint the viewpoint. That building is almost certainly the old portion of Marsh Plating. So, the photo was taken from the east side of N. She dropped the half gallon plastic container of root beer on the ground and it started spraying root beer all over the place. SHE WAS UTTERING THINGS THAT WOULD MAKE jIMMY hOFFA BLUSH IN HIS GRAVE. I sometimes walk over there for dinner in the summer.
