I don't think American Masons really have 32 degrees any more. I think they promote people as much as 10 degrees at a time. But I am not a Mason.

The Grange, of which I am a member, has only seven degrees. The first four, corresponding to the seasons, are granted by the subordinate (local) Grange; the fifth by the Pomona (county) Grange; the sixth by the state Grange; the seventh by the National Grange. Hence, you have to go to conventions (which I have never done) to pick up the sixth or seventh degrees.

as long as you tried some pickel chips then I am sure everything went great on the food end :)

that's funny--we *did* have pickle chips, and they were good (who would have thought of deep-frying pickle chips?)

There's plenty to do in Willis after the Pickle Barrel closes at 8:40. Get a 12-pack and drive. Park in the dark-and-lonesome and drink while thinking about what you'll do when you win the megamillion lottery.

Overlooked that, Raymond, you're right, my mistake. And we did take the drive-by tour of the feed mill last visit. That was fun.
