She's been on the streets of Ypsi for a long time. She even works on Sunday morning. "Whatever it is" that she does, she signals to lone males driving cars to do it. Perhaps she is a acting as a public service, willing to give directions to men who may have lost their way. When I was hanging out on the riverbanks in Waterworks Park a month or so ago, she and a female friend (who also may be seen at the side of the road from time-to-time gesturing at lone males in cars) were cleaning out their car. They had an astounding collection of stuff, including an assortment of balls - baseballs, nerfballs, styrofoam balls, tennis balls, golf balls, pingpong balls, and more, but I saw no beach balls. If they had ***** (ugh, I won't say it, you must imagine) balls, they sneaked them to the river to feed the fishes, I didn't see any. The ladies didn't accost me. They were off-duty. They may also have been suspicious of my code-blue latex gloves, evidence bags, and stern visage.* * * * * * * * * * * * add your comment: |
