Scott - 2004-08-28 05:35:08 Yes, they do a last-Friday ride every month, starting from the same location. I've seen them in downtown AA. They're a fun group--they just ride in a pack in 1 lane of traffic and at traffic lights they do fun pro-bike little chants. I ended up zipping home to clean up this place but I'm going in September, no excuses. They also do a free bike maintenance clinic on I think the 2nd Friday of each month. Michigan law says that bikers can ride two abreast on public roads, so their ride is technically illegal, but from what I understand the cops don't harass them, although they apparently did a bit at first, a few years ago. Scott, I'm just wondering--do you bike in the winter too? I'm trying to gather equipment to see how far into the winter I can go this year. From last winter's experience, it seems to me that super-warm gloves are the #1 item. And plenty of Kleenex. Ice wasn't a problem (for the mountain bike) but over 1" of snow was.* * * * * * * * * * * * scott - 2004-08-29 00:25:39 yes I do, as much as I can, usually day time. Gloves and face cover are most important, besides the usual hat and warm socks. Paul sells some thermal stuff athe shop. Stop by!* * * * * * * * * * * * Laura - 2004-08-29 13:14:57 In fact I was there just yesterday :) picking up some spare inner tubes & tires. I didn't know you carried thermal wear, though, and I appreciate the tip. I'll definitely pick some up this fall. * * * * * * * * * * * * loan payment calculator - 2005-07-08 15:37:22 You can also check some information in the field of mortgage rate calculator mortgage rate calculator http://www.always-credit.com/mortgage-rate-calculator.html http://www.always-credit.com/mortgage-rate-calculator.html * * * * * * * * * * * *
