For another great story about Oppenheimer, try "Fallout", a graphic novel by fellow Ann Arborite creator Jim Ottaviani. You can get his books at any chain bookstore, or at Fun 4 All on Washtenaw, or Stadium Comics on Golfside. Jim's a nuclear physicist turned author, and his newest book, "Suspended in Language" is a biography of Neils Bohr. Highly recommended!

That sounds quite interesting, and I appreciate the recommendations--I hadn't heard of Mr. Ottaviani. May I ask, is "Suspended in Language" a graphic novel, too?
Hmm..did Fun 4 All close recently? Can't remember. Thanks Jane.

Yes, SiL is a graphic novel. Jim's the writer, and he hires some really amazing artists (including former Ann Arborite Steve Leiber) to do the art. He's also done two other graphic novels: "Diginfying Science," about female scientists, drawn entirely by femaile artists, and "Two Fisted Science," cool stories about scientists from Galileo to Feynman. As for Fun 4 All -- I'd heard rumors that they closed. That makes me very sad... they were really nice folks. Bummer. Stadium Comics is still open to the best of my knowledge, and if not, there's always Borders. Jane

Yes, I believe Fun 4 All is unfortunately closed. I suppose the location, way out on the wilds of Washtenaw, was a bit removed from potential kid customers. Thanks for the info.
