I think she tries to be esoteric in that NPR sort of way, and it comes off as being dull. She doesn't have the weight of a Todd Mundt or Teri Gross to pull off one-on-one interviews, and could probably benefit multi-guest panel and listener call-ins. And the show started strong, but by now she's run out of MI topics, it seems--a lot of the stories nowadays concern general, non-MI-specific topics. Hard to imagine when you consider you have a whole state's worth of stories to pick from, but anyways.
