I know. I could do all those things on my low-end bike, and in fact I commuted home from AA to Ypsi 3 times last week. But recumbents are so much more efficient energywise, and comfy, that it would radically expand my biking scope far beyond panting home through the hospital campus.* * * * * * * * * * * *
