Actually, in urban areas (especailly ones with medieval layouts and cobbles), a very small SUV is an ideal vehicle. Toyota RAV 4s, and Dodge minivans are everywhere in Europe - in diesel form!. And in NYC, such cars are smaller than cabs and have much better mileage and visibility. It's when you get into the Fords and Suburban SUVs, you get into stupidville.

That's true. I personally like the teeny little urba-car or whatever it's called that George Bush & others tooled around Sea Island in--very cute.* * * * * * * * * * * *
