In a perfect world, explorers of abandoned locations would do well to follow the adage 'take only pictures, leave only footprints'.
Unfortunately, Ms. Ripple seems to have preferred "Break only windows, and leave only toxic residues". Behavior of this sort is definitely not tolerated by the 'Urbex" community, and is the reason that police have such a hard time understanding those with a serious historical or aesthetic interest in these locations. It is also a tragedy for like-minded individuals who will visit the site in the future, and may not get to see something of note because it was either taken or destroyed, and may additionally be exposed to harmful conditions because of a less respectful previous visitor's blatant stupidity.

That adage is also on a sign outside the Arb, and it's good advice there too. I too didn't approve of her vandalism at all--wrong attitude.* * * * * * * * * * * *
