mmmm . . . sounds delishy! a sort of similarly warm, gooey and garlicky comfrort food favorite of mine is to throw some good stuff (mushrooms, garlic, onions, peppers) on a flour tortilla and cover with cheese and bake on this pizza stone thing I keep in my oven. Then I cut it up and dip in salsa. Not very original, but good and easy. You can also make it more like pizza if you have some spagetti sauce around. The other sure bet for comfort, is chocolate, but only dark chocolate!

Yum! I'll keep that one around. Maybe I can evolve from my comfort foods of mac and cheese or chocolate milk.

Caron, that sounds delicious, and I keep tortillas around, so I'll try that, thank you! Only dark chocolate, definitely. I like Droste Dutch chocolate...since my mom is Dutch every Christmas she gives us all a chocolate letter (initial of first name) and I always ask for a dark chocolate one. Cyndy, I love mac and cheese too. The "upscale" kind...you know, with the silver pouch of nuclear-waste-orange ooze. Yum.
