I should apologize for the shipping snafus... Didn't know they were so backlogged with new merch at the store. If anyone really needs an YpsiFuckinLanti shot glass or coaster by the weekend, we'll have every variety for sale at the Elbow Room Friday night.

please don't apologize on my account--I didn't care--HF is just around the corner from the bus stop, and I'd wanted to get the new FOUND anyways but thank you for the info Leighton.

I got one of the goth-lettered Ypsilanti shirts for Valentine's Day! (Along with a pair of Ypsipanties since it is, after all, a lingerie holiday.) I highly recommend both. In fact, now that I know the shirts come in two colors I may have to go back and get another one...

Mark, I bought CW not 'cause I'm nice but because I love reading this excellent magazine. And Kristi, yes, aren't they nice? The khaki ones I saw were really appealing. Going to treat myself to one next paycheck.

And Kristi, thank you for wearing the Ypsipanties. I've heard of late that some of the city elders don't much approve of them, but Linette and I made them with the best of intentions. Our goal wasn't to mock Ypsilanti in any way, but to celebrate it. Plus, it's just good business. Lots of little Ypsi companies, like Henrietta Fahrenheit, VG Kids, and Crimewave USA, all make a little money. I can think of a few other things that our city fathers (and mothers) should be more concerned about... Anyway, thanks again.

the first time I heard of Ypsipanties I took them as a modern-day nod to the former Ypsi Underwear factory and by extension, the community and its past.

That was certainly part of it...
