Whenever I ask for something they take pains to make sure I get it--last time it was metal polish--the guy walked me to the area on the shelf and then spent a good 10 minutes figuring out which polish would be the best one for aluminum bike rims. They home-delivered my lawnmower, too, last year when I was between cars.
