Yes, and the facist voice is getting really easy to find. Johnny Cash was cool back then, too, so I'm not sure a champion of the underdog is a fair comparison to a whore like Merle, who didn't believe a word of it, while he had his little smoke every day. He caused hippies to get beat up, so his name is mud forever. Modern country music is rock and roll without Marilyn Manson anyway, except for the Brother Where Art Thou crowd.* * * * * * * * * * * *
