By the time I've walked from my parking spot over by Walgreens all the way to Whole Foods, I'm already irritated enough without having to maneuver around those things. What ever happened to just putting your kid in the seat part of the shopping cart? How do you know what kind of person that mother actually is? At least she cares enough to take her baby with her and not leave him alone! Isn't that better than some parents you hear about on the news? And about the truck carts at Whole Foods... would you rather have to go around that cart filled with happy, entertained, contained children, or have to avoid the ones who are running around like wildmen? I have children, and am very happy that things like that are provided so that my kids don't get bored and restless in the store. I don't have the luxury of hiring a babysitter just to go to the grocery store, so my kids have to come with me.
