That's nothing. This woman married the Berlin Wall. Did you know there was such a thing as Objectum Sexuality?? http://www.algonet.se/~giljotin/eija.html

I foresee problems with this relationship. Me: "Honey, would you please take out the trash?" BW (heavy accent): "The Berlin Wall does not take out the trash." There's a plus side, however: for example: the Berlin Wall does not have mustard-gas-strength smelly feet. One wonders how this individual fared when the BW was broken down. I read her site. It is thought-provoking. I recently read in the latest _Free Inquiry_ magazine that pantheism is watered-down atheism, and animism seems to me like pantheism in overdrive. Is this person a woman? I thought he(?) was a man and can't find any telling pronouns anywhere on his/her various pages.

Yes, it is thought-provoking, isn't it? I can almost, but then not quite, convince myself that it makes some sense. Anyway, one interesting thing about this site is that it sort of waxes and wanes in intensity. It sprawls over several servers, and Mrs. Berliner-Mauer also has other concerns (she breeds and sells Burmese cats, for one). This page answers both your doubts as to whether she is a woman and your question about how she reacted when the wall came down: http://www.guillotine.net/BerlinWall/

Your reaction is how I felt too...I thought I could perhaps imagine what animism would mean or be...but then didn't personally believe that to be true. Sentient Odor-Eaters? Problematic.
